Ross Plays Big Role in Lancaster Win
|
The Lancaster Barnstormers and Bowie Baysox played a tight game with the hosts claiming a hard-fought win.
In a well-pitched game between the Lancaster Barnstormers and the Bowie Baysox, pitcher Colin Ross was superb. The Lancaster right-hander helped his team win, 3-1. Lancaster is last in the Eastern League Southwest Division with a record of 56-70.
Ross, who leaned on his sinker, allowed no runs on just no hits over 6 innings for the Barnstormers. For the most part, Bowie hitters were simply overmatched.
"I just trusted my stuff," said Ross.
