Frigates Rally to Win
Raidel Delgado did all he could to help his team prevail. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Hartford Yard Goats from losing the game, 5-4, to the Halifax Frigates in 10 innings at Dunkin' Donuts Park. Delgado was 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Halifax reliever Ayrton Boogert picked up the win, upping his record to 6-5. Cameron Krause took the loss. The Frigates saw their record improve to 61-64.

Halifax needed the clutch hitting of Micah Russell to seal the deal. The third baseman swatted a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Frigates on top, 5-4. For the game, Russell had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"Exciting game to play in," said Russell. "Getting the win makes it even better."
