The Frisco RoughRiders beat the Alexandria Aces, 13-6, at Blue Wahoos Stadium. The RoughRiders got a fine performance from designated hitter Abe Richards, who went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and 2 walks, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. Frisco starter Zach Sergeant was credited with the win after throwing 78 pitches over 5.1 innings. His record now stands at 1-0. The win gives Frisco a record of 2-0.
