Riding the 2-hit performance of the 22-year old left fielder Jeff Graff, the Frisco RoughRiders defeated the Northwest Arkansas Naturals, 6-2. Lenny Roane came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. His record now stands at 1-0. Now 2-10, the 2064 Naturals have sputtered in the early going.

Graff had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 3-0 fastball from Gabe Nichols, he banged a 3-run home run to left-center, giving the RoughRiders a 5-2 lead. It was the 1st home run of the year for Graff.

Frisco manager John Dresher commended his team for delivering "maximum effort."
