Raley Fuels 8-5 Alexandria Triumph

Aces designated hitter Riley Raley left his mark on his team's 8-5 win over the Rocket City Trash Pandas. Raley, who is tied for 9th in the SL in home runs with 3, went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for Alexandria in the contest. Alexandria reliever Silviano Díaz was the winner. His record is now 2-0. Adrián Mazzocchi took the loss. Kenny Comiskey locked down his 4th save.
Mario Flores provided a timely hit. The Alexandria third baseman delivered a bases-clearing triple in the top of the ninth inning to put the Aces on top, 7-5. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.
"I was hoping to make good contact," said Raley. "I wasn't trying to knock the snot out of it."
Early on, the Aces, at 10-3, have piled up the wins.
