Riding the 3-hit performance of the 23-year old third baseman Anthony González, the Montgomery Biscuits stopped the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, 4-2. The win gives Montgomery a season record of 17-11.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, González hit a slider from Ollie Edwards for a 2-run home run. The Biscuits, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

González told the media after that game that the mood in the clubhouse is "extremely positive" after a win like that.
