Barnstormers Beat Rumble Ponies, 4-3

Fans witnessed a whale of a game between the Lancaster Barnstormers and Binghamton Rumble Ponies.
Lancaster first baseman Oliver Zuniga played a vital role in his team's 4-3 conquest of Binghamton. He was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times for Lancaster. The winning pitcher was 26-year old right-handed pitcher Jeffrey Grow. He tossed 90 pitches over 6.2 innings, allowing 2 runs on 5 hits.
Lancaster used the hitting of Efrain Hussey to pick up the win. The center fielder clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Barnstormers on top, 4-0. For the game, Hussey had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
After the game, Lancaster manager Gustavo Resendiz applauded the team's effort. "They busted their humps out there," he said.
