Refvik Now 2-1 After Subduing Naturals
|
Mark Refvik pitched a near no-hitter in leading Rocket City to a 3-0 triumph over the Northwest Arkansas Naturals. Adrián Mazzocchi earned the save, his 4th, for the Trash Pandas. With the win, Rocket City goes to 13-20, while the Naturals fall to 5-28.
Refvik earned the win to move to 2-1. In his 8-inning performance, he scattered 1 hits, striking out 6 and walking 1. The left-hander allowed the Naturals few scoring opportunities.
"My gosh almighty, Mark was tremendous," said Rocket City manager Alex Salcedo.
