The Montgomery Biscuits defeated the Frisco RoughRiders, 5-3. Doing his part was second baseman Eos Alfonso, who was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. The second-place Biscuits now have a win-loss record of 24-17.

With Montgomery trailing 1-0 in the bottom of the first, Alfonso hit a sinker from Aaron Rawlings for a 2-run home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Biscuits ahead, 2-1.
