Biloxi Shuckers starter Lucas Stewart was in fine form against the St. Petersburg Flying Squirrels at The Diamond, leading his team to a win, 4-0. The Shuckers now have a mark of 20-24.
Emory Speakman, the 26-year old shortstop , had a direct impact on the outcome. Speakman contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the first inning to put Biloxi up, 1-0.
Speakman said afterward that he was glad to help his team win.
