Beamer drives in 4 runs, Leads SeaWolves to Win
The performance of Lorenzo Beamer proved critical in helping Erie beat Altoona, 10-6. The SeaWolves right fielder went 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 4. Damian Lanahan picked up the win with 5.2 innings of work. He allowed 3 runs on 8 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 5. On the season, he is now 2-0. The SeaWolves raised their record to 9-4.

With Erie leading 4-2 in the top of the fifth, Beamer hit a fastball from Bernard Morris for a grand slam home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the SeaWolves ahead, 8-2.
