Late Magic Gets Shreveport 3-2 Win
The Shreveport Engineers eked out a 3-2 win versus the Corpus Christi Hooks at Whataburger Field. Nobody did more than pitcher Aiden Rioux. He was terrific. With this game in the books, Shreveport is 37-14, Corpus Christi 30-21.

Baltasar Rocha, the 26-year old center fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Rocha contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the ninth inning to put Shreveport up, 3-2.

"We'll sip on a cold one and savor this win," said Rocha.
