Pitching was the name of the game in a tight contest between the Alexandria Aces and the Montgomery Biscuits. Alexandria won it, 2-1. Alexandria starter Todd Jeffers was in command. After today's action, Alexandria sits at 24-35, while Montgomery falls to 31-28.
Dylan Taylor was the walk-off hero for Alexandria. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Aces designated hitter hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.
