Pilgrim Swings Drillers to 9-0 Win
Tulsa defeated Rocket City, 9-0, in large part due to 23-year old third baseman Logan Pilgrim. Pilgrim drove in 5 runs. The third baseman had 1 double and 2 home runs for the Drillers. The Drillers now have a record of 28-35.

The Trash Pandas had been locked in a 0-0 tie with the Drillers going into the bottom of the fifth inning. That changed quickly when the 22-year old catcher Von Pinion came to the plate. Pinion hit a 2-run double on a 1-1 fastball from Rocket City hurler Rylan Green. It was Pinion's 1st double of the year.

"It was a tough day, no getting around it," said losing manager Stephon Cohen.
