The Shreveport Engineers earned a win at Engineers Ballpark, knocking off the Frisco RoughRiders, 7-4. On the bump for Shreveport was right-hander Stephen Montgomery. He had a starring role in the triumph. Earning his 18th save of the year was Killian Murphy. The win makes Shreveport 31-32.

Regardless of the outcome, those who came to Engineers Ballpark for the Southern League contest enjoyed being there.
