Fans were not deterred by the threat of rain. They came to see their hometown Montgomery Biscuits take on the Tulsa Drillers.

Drillers left fielder Benjamin Mann put his stamp on his team's 12-6 win over the Montgomery Biscuits. Mann was 2-4 with a home run, a triple, and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 4 for Tulsa in the contest. Alijah Borden, now 2-2, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 3.2 innings.

Tulsa used a well-timed hit by Shane Arrington to capture the win. The right fielder socked a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Drillers ahead, 6-5. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Arrington said. "We did a good job of that today."

The Drillers raised their record to 31-48.
