Despite a fine performance by second baseman Emery Barbour, the Frisco RoughRiders lost to the Tulsa Drillers, 8-7. Barbour went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The win puts the Drillers at 54-36, while the RoughRiders drop to 55-35.
Tulsa got a clutch hit from Rodrigo Morales. The pinch hitter launched a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a kill shot.
