New Hampshire left fielder Thornton Langston had a 5-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Hartford Yard Goats, 11-2. Mitchell Sauers earned the save, his 1st. New Hampshire is a blistering 17-5.

Quentin De La Fuente had a big 2-run home run for the Fisher Cats in the bottom of the second inning. With New Hampshire leading 2-1 and a runner on 2nd, he got a cutter from Dean Brandt and swatted a home run to right. It was his 3rd home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Fisher Cats ahead, 4-1.

Hartford manager Marco Rios called the blowout loss "not what we had in mind."
