Riley Paces Salamanders to 8-0 Win
Scottsdale Salamanders starter Logan Riley had all his pitches working at Hohokam Park. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 8-0 Scottsdale win over the Ahwatukee Roughnecks. The win lifts Scottsdale to a record of 2-4.

The standout performance belonged to 19-year-old Riley. With his baby face, he looked more like someone starting for a high school team than for the Salamanders. His performance, however, was nothing short of top-notch. The youngster dominated the Roughnecks, striking out 7 and scattering 2 hits over 8 innings. Riley is now 1-0 on the season.

"Anytime we get it going, it puts a smile on my face," said Riley.
