2-0 Loss Extends Portland Losing Streak
The Portland Sea Dogs extended their losing streak with a loss to the Yonkers Dark Knights.

Yonkers picked up a win at Gunslingers Ballpark, bumping off the Portland Sea Dogs, 2-0. Pitcher John Fisher was a major reason the Dark Knights emerged victorious. Fisher picked up the win for Yonkers, going 6.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 2 hits. He now sports a record of 3-2. Leeroy Watson closed the door for Yonkers, picking up his 8th save of the year.

The Dark Knights got a big at-bat from catcher Sterling Siegrist. For the game, Siegrist was 1 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the second, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 2nd home run of the season gave Yonkers a 2-0 lead.
