Gnomes center fielder James Walter left his mark on his team's 10-5 win over the Glendale Gauchos. Walter was 1-1 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for Yuma in the contest. The win went to Oliver Rockwell in relief, making him now 1-0. Evan Padez took the loss for Glendale. Yuma is now 16-11, while Glendale is 14-13.

Yuma took the lead, 6-5, on Pablo Arencibia's 7th home run of the season. The 2-run home run came off Glendale pitcher Evan Padez in the bottom of the seventh.
