Flores Bashes 5 Base Hits Monday, August 13th, 2007 The Cordoba Scorpions tripped up the San Luis Serpientes 11-5 today. The Scorpions were led by Rafael Flores, their 19-year-old center fielder. Flores made life miserable for San Luis pitchers all day, tagging them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. Rafael Flores singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th, struck out in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
