De Gama Batters Winnipeg Big Time Saturday, May 11th , 2052 Round Rock Express second baseman Roman De Gama really lit up the Winnipeg Goldeyes with a 5-hit barrage today at NBT Bank Stadium -- a performance that sparked the Express to a 13-7 triumph. He shrugged off the performance after the game, saying "sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." Roman De Gama singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Maurice Assou in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Oscar Jessup in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Jeremy Richardson in the 8th and hit an RBI double in the 9th.
