Luka Freedom Sidelined for Season Sunday, June 23rd , 2052 The season is apparently over for Luka Freedom. The El Paso Chihuahuas medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 6-7 months with bone chips in his elbow. Freedom was hurt in the game against Sacramento while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. This season to date Freedom has a record of 3 wins and 4 losses with a 3.42 ERA, has appeared in 14 games and struck out 53 in 73.2 innings. |
