Syracuse Wins Wild Card Series Friday, September 29th , 2062 The dream of raising a championship banner in Syracuse took a big step forward today. The Syracuse Chiefs have won the Wild Card Series, eliminating the Ottawa Oddballs to advance to the Divisional Series. Syracuse won the final game 7-5 and the series 4-2. Roberto Morillo was named series MVP for a huge performance. He hit .391 with a .417 on-base percentage. He drove in 4 RBI, had 3 home runs and scored 9 runs.
