Maine Takes Wild Card Series in Deciding Game Saturday, September 30th , 2062 Depending on your loyalties, the Wild Card Series was either thrilling or heartbreaking. The series went down to its final game, with the Maine Grizzlies and the Wilkes-Barre Barons giving their fans plenty of drama. In the end, the Grizzlies came out on top, winning 4-3 at Chukchansi Park today to take the series 4-3. "We're lucky to be going into the Divisional Series," said Maine pitcher Ricardo Gonzáles. "If all the series are like this, it'll definitely be an entertaining postseason." Gonzáles earned series MVP honors, hitting for a .423 average, with 2 home runs, 12 RBI and 4 runs scored.
