Regional Championship Series Goes the Distance, Lincoln Prevails Thursday, October 19th , 2062 The fans in Lincoln are delirious, while there is little joy to be found in Wichita. The Lincoln Bighorns finished off the Wichita Pilots 3-2 in the deciding game of the Regional Championship Series played at ONEOK Field. They took the series 4-3 and will now head to the AA Championship Series. For his standout play, Lincoln third baseman Nando Arriola was voted the series' Most Valuable Player. He batted .406, drove in 10 runs and scored 8 to lead his club to victory. "We could never really figure out how to pitch to Arriola and that doomed us," said Pilots manager Ryan Coleman.
