Peck Sharp, Blanks Intimidators, 5-0 Friday, May 31st , 2052 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Kannapolis Intimidators as starter Mike Peck shut out the Kannapolis Intimidators 5-0 at CMC-NorthEast Stadium. The Charleston pitcher struck out 13 and walked 0 while allowing 3 hits. "Peck was good but he wasn't flawless," Kannapolis manager Wally Franklin said later. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Charleston, but this is on us." To date in the season, Peck is 2-4 with no relief appearances and no saves.
