González Goes 6-for-6 Thursday, July 27th , 2051 Nicolas González did a number on the Spinners in the Oil City 15-5 victory today, and the number was 6. The Oilers center fielder banged out 6 hits in 6 at-bats at The Oil Field to lead his club past the Lowell Spinners. "I felt good in the batter's box today," he said later. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done." Nicolas González hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a two-run double in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and hit an RBI triple in the 8th.
