Miramar Off to the Postseason Sunday, September 11th , 2050 It came down to the wire for the Miramar Sun Dogs, but they have clinched a spot in the Rookie postseason. "We wanted the Florida Rookie League Southeast Division division, but once that wasn't possible, it was tunnel vision to try to get the wild card," said starting pitcher Nolan Demers. "We feel we've got as good a chance as any other team now that we're in the playoffs." The team currently sits with a 37-33 record and will be vying for their 7th R Championship Series championship. |
