Bad Boy Brawlers Suspended 3 Games Friday, July 4th , 2031 Nobody was hurt in a confrontation yesterday between the Kumquats Anthony Ackerman and the Aqua Sox Brian Martin as both benches cleared during the fracas at Bright House Field. It appeared that there were a few punches thrown before the players could be separated. Today the league commissioner took action. The league decided to punish the guilty parties. Anthony Ackerman and Brian Martin will each have to sit out 3-game suspensions for their roles in this fight. Ackerman currently has a .235 batting average with 4 hits, 0 homers, 1 RBIs, 3 runs scored and a .381 OBP. |
