Monday, August 22nd , 2067
Noah Chong of the Gnomes was unstoppable in his team's 12-7 victory over the Buckeye Quahogs at Tempe Diablo Stadium. He battered them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats.
"Boy, I was on the mark today," said the Yuma left fielder after the game. "I could see the ball real well. It's a great feeling to do this. And besides, 5-for-6 won't hurt your batting average like 0-for-5 will."
Noah Chong singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a two-run double in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
Currently Chong is batting .297 with 2 home runs and 12 RBIs.
