Pompano Beach-Gainesville Fight Results in Suspensions Sunday, July 26th , 2065 After an intense confrontation, both the Aqua Sox J.D. Osby and the Hogs Miguel Grandal were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Pompano Beach-Gainesville game. J.D. Osby will miss 5 games, while Miguel Grandal was suspended for 3 games. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," J.D. Osby commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play." Osby on the season is hitting .327 with 3 home runs. His stats include 14 RBIs and 13 runs scored.
